Dog Story Theater

Every Monday night from 8-11pm,"Comedy Mondays" features shows at 8pm and 9pm and a completely FREE open-improv jam at 10pm where anyone can join in or hang out for some late night laughs! Tickets are now just $5 for an all-night pass. You can spend the extra $2 on our new concessions!!!

Shows will continue to celebrate comedic diversity with improv, standup, sketch, film, music, puppets, magic, one-act plays, etc...

He told me he was having a website built for $1,000! HollandNightOut.com is alive & live...every day!

Yesterday I was out and about the Holland and Saugatuck area visiting restaurants and bars as usual. I don't go out and make sales calls to them, just visit, eat & drink like any other customer. Late in the afternoon I was at a bar in Holland. The bars wasn't busy, only six customers including myself, but even at that it was the busiest of the three I had visited.

While sitting at the bar two young gentlemen to my left were discussing how great it was going to be having their own DJ business. I normally don't say much but in this case I thought it may be helpful to them to be a part of HollandNightOut.com. To musicians, bands and the like we offer free advertising, a mini website within ours and we spread the word about them. I mentioned this to the guys and one, who had been doing the most talking, replied to me saying that he had a friend who was going to put a website together for them for only $1,000.00, and it was going to be awesome! He was very excited about it, and should be. I then mentioned to him that they would have to get the word out to all possible and since HollandNightOut.com is free for DJ's he might want to get on the site, I told him again that HollandNightOut.com would spread the word of his new DJ service also, and do it for free. Every word I had said to the young man went right over his head, as if I wasn't saying anything at all!

Here's the problem with the young mans excited ignorance! He may very well get his own website, it may even be the best DJ service website ever created, better than the other 69,900,000. that already exist.
(this is a real number, not a guess!). His friends may visit it once or twice and his excitement will grow even more! Then after a month he'll notice that no one visits his site, well maybe a few of his friends but not likely any customers wishing to book his DJ service for an event, which is why he got the website.

Having a website is a very very easy thing to put your hands on these days, heck, there's a web designer, graphics artist guy in every coffee shop. They set you up with a great deal , could be the best looking website in the universe, some of these folks truly do great work. But then you need a host, like many your new and need to get a good deal and they are all over the place. So now you have your $1,000.00 dollar website and your $6.95 per month hosting service! the future is looking bright now huh! You wish! We won't add any cost at this time for the charges your going to pay every time you want something changed on your website but remember, it is waiting for you!

Now you have the whole package, your site is up and running! One thing though, you have no visitors! No visitors means no business generated online for you! The young man mentioned above would have been way ahead of the game, and website traffic/marketing is quite the game, if he had taken the free use offer of HollandNightOut.com he would have been up and running in just a few hours, at no cost.
